Working Process Chart :
 

Raw water pump→ Quartz sand filter→ activated carbon filter→ Water softener→security filter → high pressure pump→Reverse osmosis system→UV/Ozone→ pure water tank

 

Function of every part:

1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter/ water softener
2. Sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter
3. Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.
4. Softener--exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
5. Security filter--prevent large particles into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um,
6. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane
7. RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 97% and above, removing over 99% ions.
 

2000L Per Hour Stainless Steel Ro Water Treatment System 

The 2000L/H RO water purifying equipment employs the ultra-low pressure reverse osmosis technology to purify tap water. Cooperating the deliberately designed filtering and absorption system, the purifier can effectively remove the materials harmful to health such as all kinds of bacteria, viruses, pesticide residue, heavy metal ion, etc. in the water. Besides, the purifier is especially good at removing carcinogenic substances and other morbid substances that cannot be eliminated by regular means, e.g., trichloromethane,fluorine, etc. Please note, when using this machine, source water TDS value should be lower than 500mg/L

6	Security filter or pp filter, or called PP sediment filter	prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5µm,
