CGF24-24-8 Atmospheric pressure filling, rinsing and sealing three-in-one machine. It is a new type of equipment developed by our company based on years of practical experience in producing washing, filling and sealing three-in-one machines, repeatedly absorbing the opinions of various users, and drawing on foreign advanced technology. It meets the customer's requirements for filling different bottle types on one machine, and adopts a hanging manipulator that clamps the neck of the bottle, making it convenient and fast to change bottle types. It is mainly used for filling, rinsing and sealing of non-carbonated beverages such as mineral water and purified water.

 

Main Features

1. It adopts three-in-one machine for rinsing, filling and sealing, which greatly reduces the occupied space;
2. All the parts in contact with the liquid are made of 304L stainless steel, and the inner and outer surfaces are polished, which is easy to clean and hygienic. The seals are all imported parts such as silicone rubber or EPDM, which meet the requirements of food hygiene and filling;
3. The design of the bottle rinser can be rinsed with sterile water to ensure a high degree of cleanliness of the bottle;
4. Adopting the principle of pressure filling, the filling speed is fast and the liquid level control is stable;
5. Unique new filling valve, return circulation system, the return air does not return to the filling cylinder, ensuring the high cleanliness of the filling materials;
6. High-energy magnetic capping (torque can be adjusted to set), so that the adaptability of the equipment and the quality of capping are guaranteed.
