FRP tank is a kind of non-metallic composite tank made of resin and glass fiber wound by microcomputer-controlled machine. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high strength, long service life, flexible design and strong manufacturability. Due to the characteristics of FRP tanks, FRP tanks are widely used in chemical, environmental protection, food, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing industries, gradually replacing carbon steel and stainless steel in most market areas.
The FRP tank body is made of high-performance resin and glass fiber winding, and the inner lining is made of polyethylene material. Compared with steel containers, the weight can be reduced by 60%, and the service life is longer. It has high strength, corrosion resistance, low price, and easy transportation. , Beautiful appearance, easy installation and so on. The ABS liner and PE liner have strong chemical corrosion resistance, and use a special process to make the liner and the reinforced thread joint firmly welded together, and can be used in combination with FLECK and AUTOTROL controllers at will.
