Brief Introduction:

The bag-in-box filling machine is a contrivance our company has specifically designed for handling quantitative
bag-in-box filling operations by drawing on advanced French technology. It employs a flow meter to control the
quantity of material released in each discharge, and features high filling precision, intuitive and easy moves to
set up and adjust the filling quantity. The machine enjoys a novel design as well as a reasonable, compact
construction; can complete some process steps automatically, including uncapping, quantitative filling, vacuum
pumping, capping, and others; and can be widely used in bag-in-box filling applications for such liquid
materials as wine, edible oil, fruit juice, additives, milk, syrup, alcoholic beverages and concentrated  seasonings.

Construction:

This machine consists of a stainless steel frame, an electric control system, an uncapping/capping system, a dosing filling system, and a vacuum pumping system.

Filling and capping part

When the machine is in running, insert the bag mouth into the filling slot to ensure that the bag mouth is in
place.
2. The initial position of the left and right sliding parts is on the right. During operation, the lifting cylinder is
pressed down to the clamping cap, the capping head clamp the cap, then pull out the cap.
3. Slide cylinder to the left position, press the lifting cylinder down to the filling position, put the filling head in
position and insert it into the bag mouth for vacuuming and filling.
4. After filling, the mechanism rises and moves to the right, and then press down to completely press the cap into the mouth of the bag.


Left and right slide parts

1. Slide right position: when the filling head and clamping cap mechanism are in the rightmost position, the test
switch will turn on the light.
2. Slide left position: when the filling head and clamping cover mechanism are in the left-most position, the test
switch will turn on the light.
3. Slide right throttle valve: adjust the sliding speed of the left and right cylinder to the right. Loosen the lock nut
before adjustment. Adjust the speed clockwise to slow down, counterclockwise to speed up.
4. Slide left throttle valve: adjust the left and right cylinder sliding speed to the left. Loosen the lock nut before
adjustment. Adjust the speed clockwise to slow down, counterclockwise to speed up.
(other throttle adjustment methods are the same, no repeated instructions)

Vacuum generator
The main part of the vacuuming, vacuuming the bag before filling, discharging the bag air, discharging from the vacuum exhaust pipe.

Flow meter
Flow meter: the main part of the quantitative method of flow meter, with the feeding pump and filling head to realize quantitative filling. The material flows through the flow meter to generate the pulse signal, the pulse signal is calculated and converted into the volume of the material, and the actual filling volume reaches the set value then stops filling automatically.

Feeding pump

Before testing machine, fill the material into the pump body from the feed inlet or outlet, pump should full with material when the pump is running, can't running without material, otherwise he sealing parts will be damaged.
The discharge outlet of the tank should be higher than the position of the pump inlet.
