600BPH Full Set 20 Liter Bottled 5Gallon Bottle Water Filling Machine
Machine description:
This 600BPH filling machine is specially designed to fill the purified water and the distilled water, mineral water and other bacteria free
liquids. The equipment is applied for 5 gallon bottle. As the equipment integrates the processes of bottle washing, filling, lid mounting, lid pressing and finishedproduct delivering, it is the ideal choice of water plants.
Whole machine are adopt the high quality stainless steel, It's erosion proof ability is strong, easy to washing.
For operations, the equipment can be configured with the following machines: auto cap removing machine, bottle external washer, auto loader, shrinking machine, light inspection equipment and other equipments.
1. Automatic breaker protection for power leakage or short circuit;
2. Under-pressure protection: when incoming air's pressure is <=0.5MPa, the equipment will be automatically stopped;
3. Water-shortage protection: when the level of the water tank is lower than that of the float switch, the equipment will be
automatically stopped;
4. Special filling principle: dual filling (at the early filling stage, the two filling valves work simultaneously; after
sometime, the auxiliary filling valve stops working, while main filling valve keeps working.), avoid water waste .
