3-10 liter automatic water filling machine drinking water packaging machine 250 BPH
The washing, filling and capping three-in-one machine is composed of a frame, a ratchet mechanism, a transmission mechanism, and a barrel mouth mechanism, etc. It mainly realizes the inner flushing, filling, capping and capping of empty barrels, and the three-in-one linkage.
Process flow
Conveying→rinsing→filling→capping→conveying
On the barrel:
Empty drums are manually placed on the conveyor.
Rinse:
The online empty barrel is controlled by the barrel counting sensor, the barrel is sent to the flushing station, the barrel stop cylinder, the ratchet mechanism, and the barrel opening mechanism act, the barrel mouth is clamped and turned upside down by 180°, sent to the flushing station, and the water pump is started. Clean water is sprayed for internal flushing, the action returns, and the barrel is returned to the original station.
Filling:
On-line empty barrels are controlled by the barrel counting sensor. The empty barrels enter the filling station. The filling pump starts, and the PLC sets the filling time, filling volume and other parameters, and uses the touch screen function to adjust.
Cap sorting and cap screwing:
Online full bucket, controlled by the bucket counting sensor, full bucket enters the station with cover. The bottle caps are automatically sorted by the cap unscrambler, and flow into the lower cap tube. The mouth clamping mechanism operates to position the mouth of the barrel, the capping head presses the screw cap, and the finished product is output in a full barrel.

30% TT deposit before production, 70% TT balance before shipment
Delivery time
Delivery within 35~40 days after the contract takes effect, except for special voltage.
